Ranch Realty competes with dozens of brokerages for the same Scottsdale searches. When we started, their website had been neglected, and a handful of unfair negative reviews were weighing on their Google profile.

Three pieces of work, one owned asset.
Rebuilt the website — owned by Ranch Realty.
A new real estate site with IDX property search, built for conversion and search, on Ranch Realty's own domain and hosting.
Cleaned up reviews within policy.
We identified reviews that violated Google's policies and flagged them through Google's official process. We also set up an ethical review-request routine — a QR code in every closing file — so happy clients have an easy way to leave a review.
